  • Oversaw People team roadmap and established practices for project managing People team initiatives, which increased capacity and improved team performance.

  • Managed high priority projects spanning Etsy's house of brands, leading to streamlined cross-brand processes and efficient delivery of key initiatives such as the NYC pay transparency project, annual compensation review process, market assessments, employee engagement survey, and global employee handbook redesign.

  • Owned People team communication channels and advised on communications strategy for People team initiatives, ensuring communications felt clear, engaging, and cohesive to employees.
